*Must posses a high level of skill and exercise independent judgement
*Must be able to prioritize and perform tasks with great attention to detail and perform independently with minimal supervision
*Personal accountability for the operation of the camp they are involved with |

| Essential Duties/Responsibilities: |
*Independent working with campers and instructing
*Supervising counselors on and off during camp duties
*Possibly working with campers overnight in the housing area
*Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing camp activities |
